I just noticed that I'm closing in on 8 thousand posts, so it seems time for a give away to show my appreciation for you guys, and the best forum on the 'net.

I have one very lightly used Opinel number 8 that has been urethane and greased ready to go to a new home. The owner can modify to hs own taste.

And...

Since this forum is for traditional folders and sheath knives, Ihave a Frost's Mora number 1 with laminated blade and custom sheath. I didn't like the all plastic sheath, so I cut off the belt loop tag and used the plastic sheath as a liner for a free swinging puuko style leather sheath.

I'll use your post numbr as your entry, and the middle of next week I'll draw a number from my old khaki bucket hat. The winner will get both the Opinel and mora.

I'm not sure if there are any restrictions to entering, seeing how I haven't been around the traditional forum much, but I thought I would ask.

Also, I recently picked up my first traditional (Case peanut) and I love how easy it is to carry around. My only wish is that it was a bit thinner in my pocket. Anyway, the point is that I've been moving towards more traditional folders for work carry, and I'm enjoying it. The Opinel has actually been on my radar for a while.

If I'm in, thats awesome. If not, then still congrats on the 8k posts. I've enjoyed your comments all over the forum :).
