A friend of mine works with automated and robotic manufacturing techniques. He ran across this site. Watch the entire video. The complexity of this machine is really amazing.

I find the movement animistic enough that it looks kind of creepy to me.

That thing is outstanding.
Imagine it with survival/search and rescue equipment or battlefield medic supplies.
Hell I want one for when I go deer or elk hunting. It could pack in my whole camp.

it's freaking cool, no doubt, but the noise is a dead giveaway
if they could stealth it down it'll be so cool to see a whole bunch of them come up behind someone
as it is it's like armour vehicles in closed terrain, you'll hear them way before you see them

They are running the gasoline engine with no muffler. If they added a muffler, it would be a lot quieter.
