Well, it happened! My long awaited, much anticipated tequila sunrise Badger attack tac showed up today. I got off work a little early, let the dogs out, and was getting a bite to eat when I heard the tell tale sound of a ups truck coming down the road. Needless to say I ran out to the end the driveway to get my package. All I can say is WOW! This is easily my going to be my favorite Busse yet. Probably favorite knife period! Perfect size, weight, and feel. The finish is awesome. The edge is wicked sharp. Even the handles, which I wasn't sure I would love , look great.
Thanks to all at Busse for a chance at great knife, and especially Lexi for putting up with my nagging emails and calls. Also thanks to ohiojerry his recent pictures that got me pumped for this beauty to arrive.

Yeah it was the Cabo wabo ganza they had in May I believe. Truly a awesome knife. It's equivalent to a batac le I think. There was one on the exchange yesterday I think. Not the same handles, but equally awesome tiger hide micarta.
You know Jerry I compared my knife to your photos and they're almost identical.

Awesome new blade! I must be photo challenged, but to me, it doesn't appear nearly as massive as it is in reality through most of the pictures I've seen. It's not a small knife by any means and it's a brute of a medium sized knife in my opinion. I think it's a great do it all style, which I tend to gravitate to most often.....
 
Well to be honest, I do have extra large hands. I can palm a basketball if that gives you a rough idea of how big they are.
