This is a piece I've had in mind for quite some time and finally brought it to life. Hope you like her.
J.

This Dagger has a 10" blade forged from high carbon "frontier" canister damascus with acid etched and forge marked flats on the ricasso and up the center line. The fullered oval guard and turned pommel are antiqued/mustard finished 1018 carbon steel. The handle is lightly dyed Bamboo. The overall length of this piece is 16 3/8".

Very impressive! That's the first time I've seen bamboo used like that, and I like it!!!

Very, very, very cool.
When I clicked, I was expecting something else carved to look like bamboo, but the real thing? PERFECT.

Great looking dagger. The bamboo looks like stacked vertebrea. The whole design looks great.

J, tremendous work as always...

I'll bet it took forever to find a section of bamboo you were happy with!

Great work, love the look of the bamboo, you certainly do not see that every day.
