I'm torn between 2 new Edc's knives and i'm not sure which one I would be better off with, and I wouldn't mind others opinion

The first one would be the Spyderco Manix 2. I know that its a fantastic blade but i'm just not sure... i have full confidence with the s30v but in Canada it costs around $120 for the normal version and $140 for the XL version. I know that there's alot of patriotism for USA made knives, but what do you all think about Kizer? Looking at it from a logical perspective, for titanium and s35vn i think Kizer is the better option for me. I also know that Kizer uses 300 series stainless steel for their screws which is important for me because i have had issues with screws stripping in the past.

Any info on Spyderco's materials is appreciated along with you're opinion

Thanks

You really can't go wrong with either - if your liking a lighter knife then the Kizer. If you want a heavier knife, then the Spyderco (Manix)

The Manix2 is an outstanding knife. I have a couple in 154CM and a couple in S30V. Great build quality and great lock. And for the money it's hard to beat.

I have a kizer and like it a lot, but the manix is the better option IMO. Its not just the steel, but the lock and design of the knife. If you want a fancy steel the s110v is a great buy and the g10-s30v is a great blade too!

I've carried a Manix 2 almost every day for close to 2 years, and I wouldn't have it any other way. When I lost my first one, I replaced it with another one

I have 4 different Manix 2's that I use and I like them. I would be happy with any of them for EDC.

I love kizer. I'm going to sell my manix 2. Nothing wrong with it I just don't carry it much.

Spyderco's materials are good, but which knife has the better ergonomics for -you- can only be determined by holding them
