I really like this knife as a EDC. It carries lite and the handle ergos are awesome also has a STR low ride clip.

I love my para 1 in cpm d2 soo much I havnt really even considered getting a para 2!!

Both Great looking blades i own a Para 2 CF sprint run, and i'm loving it, i also own the original Para 1 in camo, with an STR lowrider clip, that blade as well gets pocket time.

I have a D2 Para and I love it but I recently sold a knife to buy a Para 2 and I like the ergonomics of the 2 and the larger lanyard hole. I've had my D2 since they first came out and it's probably the most used knife I have and it's going into semi safe retirement, so the Para 2 is taking it's place.
