It comes with a kydex sheath that attaches to the belt with a loop of nylon material. It works, but its not the greatest.

I got a kydex sheath for my Becker Companion from Eric at On/Scene Tactical. Beautiful, high quality belt sheath that isn't too spendy. Highly recommended.
