So what do we have today you might ask? Omelet? Breakfast burrito?

PATTY MELT!!!

I woke up, said to hell with the eggs, and made some fricking patty melt. Like a bauss! Unfortunately had very little onion so it was minced really fine and kinda disappeared in the cheese layer. No worries though, it was a great breakfast!

Santiagos is awesome. My favorite there is the stuffed Sopaipilla.

I'm like 3 minutes from the Santiago's in Brighton (original?? I dunno...). The Santiago's Express off of 104th in Northglenn has fed me well in the past too. I swear, we Mile High folks should get together and do some fishing or something...

There is a Santiago's just east of Huron on 84th Ave...just down the street from Sportsman's Warehouse. It's only about 20 minutes from Broomfield (I moved from Broomfield to Brighton).
