The beginning of an addiction... [UPDATED w/ Post Soak Pics]

Nice clutch of heads there.

Looks like they are well on the way to some good resto.
Am guessing none of these needed too much time soaking, theire surfaces look pretty decent from what I can tell??
 
BTW, the heads that are involved are Collins, bluegrass, flint edge, Mann, keen kutter, & sandvik. The handles are from j Hollywood and HHS. The pics are a few weeks old, but I just got ballsy enough to try and show yall what's getting work done. The axe that is @ the fire is a sandvik 2.25 that I slapped a handle in before getting some camp/family time in. I didn't even have time to sand, oil, or wax the hickory.

The keen kutter was spent, along with the Collins DB. They soaked for over a week, with me flipping them every afternoon and scrubbing with scotch brite during the flip. The bluegrass and Mann were nearly minty.
