Hi , Not meaning to start anything but how would these compare. Money not an issue. Also I am not thinking of the Spyderco Stretch II because of the carbon fiber or the zdp. I simply like the design of both these knives. What would you get? Which one would be stronger and more utaletarian?

I like folders That pack the longest blade in the least handle. Both of these have that. They are very similar in my mind.

Spyderco Stretch II

The kulgera looks cooler in my opinion, and the axis lock is just dreamy.

I have an idea: if money is no issue, get both! :D

I'd get the Kulgera cause I'm not a fan of the Stretch, but that's just me...
both are smaller than my regular EDC's (usually one of my 4 Spyderco Militaries, lately a Benchmade Skirmish)

My stretch 2 is one of those knives that seems to be more than the sum of all it's parts. It really is a cutting, slicing laser of a knife that out of the box came sharp enough to whittle and split hairs without exaggeration.

The feel and balance is excellent. It is, IMO, one of the best production knives ever made. Untill you feel it, and cut and or slice with it the knife can't be appreciated.

Yes, the benchmade is a good knife too. Untill you actually feel them both in your hand it's going to be tough making the choice without just resorting to prices, or color etc.

BTW, I like S30V steel also but I'm not sure it is capable of taking the edge that a ZDP knife can. The closest stainless steel I've seen sharpness wise to ZDP is SG2 steel used in Kershaws, and Falkniven's "3G", or "SPGS" steel. Joe
