I am sorry to any who have a love for spiders, and this was not a senseless spider killing it was located in the play ground of my Church where children are in and out a lot.

(also it was dead before I stabbed it, so i was not forcing it to suffer)

Spiders creep me out. Brown recluses and black widows are very common around here and if you get bit by either of them you've had a bad day!

Blade tip is fine, it was dead before i stabbed it..... I cut it in half....almost. But no damage to any part of the knife for its good deed. :D

As far as I am concerned, you should have chopped it the other way too, just to kill it twice! I hate those things.

id rather get bite by a black widow rather then a Brown recluses cuz if a Brown recluses gets ya, you'll lose a toe or a finger or a chunk of skin which will just rot off. black widows are more like bee stings.

That's funny...

I did the exact same thing to a wolf spider with a different knife tonight.

You stabbed it and it was already dead? I fail to see what that accomplished and I myself wouldn't have bothered. But, by all means have fun with it!

My girlfriend came up and asked what I was doing. I told her I was just reading and she saw the picture and freaked. :D
