Is when you receive that email or PM, telling you the knife was received, and how pleased they are with it. Sometimes I don`t get an email at all, which makes me wonder if the customer was not happy, or if they simply don`t care. I always ship with delivery confirmation, so if I don`t hear back at least I know they received it. Feedback, good or bad, is the only way I know how I am doing, so it`s appreciated.
Another is customer designs. It makes me feel good to know I am trusted with being able to bring a customer`s "dream knife" to life.

Thank you for your trust!

Thank YOU. The many knives I've purchased you over the years have seen some good use! My EWOK and Phoenix are favs, with Toby's knife seeing daily use in the kitchen as my go-to paring knife. The rounded handle and gorgeous ironwood of my pocket scandi make it a dream to carry, not to mention it is "other people" friendly.

I never email you back but I always post up reviews and picture :). Thanks for making great knives at affordable prices sir!

I don't mind at all letting you know I received a knife from you and how much I like and appreciate it. It only takes a few seconds to drop an email. I also don't mind spreading the word when I come across a great product.

Without getting all mushy, the best part about collecting knives has been meeting my friends, like you and the JK Supporters, in person and over the 'net.

It's one of life's better pleasures.
