hey everyone just wanted to hear you opnions on which is the best spyderco stainless steel handle out just because i want one as you can engrave them and they look so dam stylish lol anyways thankz

My absolute love is Adventura, but I am not sure that this is good candidate for engraving (It looks great without it). My second choice will be Native, also a great knife.

All Spyderco stainless models are well made and offer a good surface for engraving, but the Navigator II has probably the best fit and finish of them all. The new Lava is also very nicely done and has the advantage of being fully ambidexterous. The Police would be an excellent choice if you want a larger knife, and the Kiwi is the #1 choice if you're looking for a gent's knife. If you're thinking in terms of a monogram, then another option worth considering would be one of the three Ed Schempp designs. They are all well made, ultra-classy looking, and the stainless front bolsters offer ample room to engrave initials.

I like the Delica SS the best. Tha'ts a beautiful little knife. Anything bigger than that gets a bit on the heavy side for my taste.

I also favor the Adventura for overcoming the SS handle's chief disadvantage- it's slickness. It can also be disassembled.

That said, my favorite SS Spydie is my Cricket!

Sorry, you're all wrong.

The R2 is the best steel-handled SpyderCo. Your hand won't slip, the lock is secure, the blade is damn-near perfect geometry in a good steel, and it looks cool and not very threatening.

Couldn't agree more.

We're discussing all SS (stainless steel) knives in here. See the thread title.
