Ha. Similarly...

yesterday I was over a friends house and he offered me some ribs. I used my Boker Subclaw to cut a portion. It was like the proverbial hot knife through butter. ...that little blade scares me....I just sorta waved it at the ribs and they parted.

As a friend and friends don't let friends cut food on hard cutting boards. Glass cutting boards will roll your edge about as fast as anything. Get a cheap plastic one or nice wood one. Your knives will thank you.

That board is only used for pizza and I can normally find the pizza cutter.
