I have been able to resist buying a new spyderco knife for almost 6 months now but I am getting the urge to purchase one again. I currently own:
Manix 2 in g 10, PM2 in s30v, Dragonly in vg10 and h1, tenacious, delica 4. I primarily carry the pm2 and delica 4. I want to purchase a new knife and these are the ones I am primarily looking at:

- Yojimbo 2
- Bradley 2
- PM3
- Endura 4 (either in vg10 with maybe the emerson wave feature)
- Sage 5

Anyone have any advice that could help me parse down my choices. The endura is probably the last on my list since I think it might be a little long but the other three are all very tempting.

I tend to use knives primarily for everyday tasks like opening boxes, cutting rope, cutting threads. I like for the blade to be able to resist a good bit of moisture. As you can see from my choices I am also partial to the compression lock.

I have actually tried the stretch 2 in FRN and didn't really appreciate it. I think it might be the curve in the blade shape and also somewhat of the handle shape

Endura with the wave and Bradley 2 have been calling my name for awhile as well. The Native in Maxamet looks interesting.

I think tour first 2 are the top 2. I recently picked up a gb2. Amazing. The yojimbo has also been calling my name.

I would say Sage 5 (or 1) because it is really missing in your collection ;)
Or GB2 to test another steel and to have something more EDC/dressed

GB and Sage. Yojimbo is not an edc, so you'll wear it less often

I was thinking the Mantra 1 or 2.

I have a yo2 and a gb2, I think you should go with the gb2. Amazing edge retention on m4, great edge geometry and just a good looking knife. I do love my yo2 as well, and I think it makes a great edc, it's a glorified box cutter with s30v, what's not to like. It kept my pm2 out my pocket for a long time after buying my pm2

Since the Stretch and the GB2 have similar blade shapes I'm surprised you're considering the GB2.

I would go with the Sage 5 as Spydergirl said, you really need a Taichung knife in your rotation.

Sage 5 has been really calling my name as well. How does the carbon fiber on the 5 compare to the carbon fiber on the 1? I owned a sage 1 for a while but the liner lock is just not as great after I used the compression lock. Also, do people find that owning a PM3 is too similar to the PM2? I like having a variety of knives so that might be the major reason I get something with carbon fiber. So either the GB2 or the sage 5

I really like the Endura, personally. However, for you probably the Sage. I think you would get more actual use out of the knife and you are familiar with the lock.

For the moisture tolerance I would think the M4 GB2 would be out. I have both Bradleys and they take more attention, wiping them down frequently (but both happen to be my favorite folders at the moment). If you like a patina, GB2 all the way...

The Yojimbo 2 was my favorite EDC until the PM2. I think it's more functional than any of the liner locks at least for me. I open and close all of my knives one handed... if I can't do that safely I don't keep it. I wanted a insingo sebenza for the longest time, but I just couldn't deal with the frame lock. I've got a set of copper scales coming for my PM2 and I'm on the hunt for titanium for the Yojimbo. Compression lock FTW
