I’m sick.
Only a few short weeks ago I thought Spyderco made the ugliest knives on the planet.
Now I have:
Plain Rescue, Large Dyad, Lum Chinese, Endura, Smith and a new blue rescue on the way.
I am looking for Standards and Delicas.
A Dragonfly, perhaps?!!!!
Lil’T Leaf – for sure!!!!
I need help.
 :p  :D

But it's a good bug bite! and remember Spyderco leans towards the utility and usefullness of a knife rather then the looks of a knife!

Yes, but the Spydie-bite only hurts the bank account...No other TX needed.:D.

Hi Oupa,

Don't forget to check out the Native Lightweight. It's a great EDC knife. And the Calypso Jr. Lightweight is awesome if there's one still available down under. These would be very good alternatives to the Delica and the Standard, IMO.

Regards,

Johnny

I remember shopping for knives awhile back and telling the clerk that I could not understand why everyone raved about Spydercos. Now I own 5 and am looking for two more at least. A testament to Spydercos design and manufacturing.

There is no hope and there is no cure for you now, oupa. :(

You will forever be infected with the Spydie virus. Your only relief, although temporary, will be to get more Spydies!!!!! :D ;) :D

I innocently started out with a FRN Delica SE....that was 10 Spydies ago....and counting. ;)

Even if there was a cure, I would not want it!!!

i can relate. At the beggining of June I had one spydie total. Now I have 7 in front of me and another two on the way, a millie an a lum chinese folder.

Ohh , cant wait for those babies to join the family.

jj,
I've got one of each of these Spydies and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! :D ;) :D

Just got word that it arrived at the destination in the States that I wanted it to be delivered. Problem is, ther person that was suppose to bring it up is not coming back to Canada till Labor day.

Hmm maybe I shoulda paid for the extra shipping, and the taxes for the knife to get here direclty in my hands. Oh well, hindsight.

JJ - can you trust this person with your beloved Lum?
You sure it will not be used to pry the caps off beer bottles....
Saw softdrink cans in half....
Tighted that screw on the car's number plate....
Scrape the BBQ clean after a feast....
Just asking.
:p   :D

I don't think that person is even a knife person... he probably wouldn't try that.
(yes I do know jj in person.)

Hm..........Don't know.....
Spydercos make people do funny things - look at me.......

nah, he wont touch knives. I think he scared of em.

He almost did not help me give the knife a cursory lookover to make sure nothing was visible wrong with it.
