hello all,
as you may know, a while ago, i rebuilt a few striders that went through a fire. i have received a few more of them and will be rebuilding them. however, last time i received many emails from people who wanted to buy one in the "burnt state" in order to rebuild them themselves, or simply for collection purposes.
so i am going to sell a few off in the pre revamped state. so feel free to pm me to let me know if your interested.
this is what youd get,
its the ti slab with all the hardware and a blade as well as a scale that i would make for you.
VERY IMPORTANT !!!!! these striders are in no way still under the warranty. they were considered total loss and will never be serviced by strider.
Note!!!! this is not the easiest project you could undertake. it requires several skills. you will need to remove rust remove tight hardware. probably sandblast. as well as having the blade re heat treated (if you intend to use the knife very hard) as well as refitting the blade to the frame (miner sanding in the blade pin reception point)
