The Busse Book

With all the Busse knives out there, and all the different acronymns, designs and the story of Jerry Busse himself, not to mention his offspring companies of Swamp rat and Scrap yard... There should be a book out there that has pictures, stories, and a Biography of Jerry himself.. I even thought of a title... "Jerry Busse and his INFI, Dedicated to the HOGS OF THE ROUND TROUGH" After looking at Randucci's avitar, which looks like a book cover "is it? and I just dont' know about the book?" and then Ken Lunde's site, not to mention all the unique links on the EDGE site, a book is needed. Dedicated to the best made knives in history. "not to mention the unique people who buy them" I'm sure if all the Hogs would send in to a predetermined website all their busse knife pics, it could be done.. Maybe I'm overestimating the desire for more information about Jerry and all the knives he has made, but it seems to be a good project. Just the volume of sales of his ASH1 would be a worthy article to write about. From the size of the poll on the sarsquatch, it looks like there are about 500 + Busse people who are truly active in the Busse world... That may not be enough to publish a book for, but it would be intersting to see who would definately be interested. I know we would all contribute Busse stories and pics... Ideas?
 
Been mentioned here quite a few times. I don't think there's anyone here that wouldn't be interested in a Busse book. I'm sure Jaxx would buy 27 of them.

A Busse Knife Porn book would be awesome!! All pics of all the CG and CS knives? You bet I'd be down for a few! :thumbup:

Coffee table book.

The only problem is that Busse Combat is constantly evolving. And, that the subject matter is so vast. There are so many MUST SEE pics that would have to be included to make the book valid.

I think it is a great idea. The first book could be about the first 16 years. Then every 5 years a new one could be done. I nominate Lunde to take all the pics. Where do we preorder?
 
I know it's cheap as hell to publish e-books using the amazon kindle site....I don't know how well pictures would work though. Interesting idea nonetheless.
