My local sporting goods shop has the SS SE Harpy for $79.95 in stock, and i'm seriously tempted, thanks to the "pseudo-hawkbill" design of the Cricket, i'm finding hawkbill style knives more useful for daily use

here's my dillema, i really havent been using my Jester all that much, and i *hate* AUS-6 steel, too fussy, and for most purposes, my Endura is too big, it just sits in the car, waiting to be used....

i can return the Jester and get back what i paid, as i'm still within the return period, and besides, my SAK is doing most of the little jobs the Jester was doing anyway..., and i can trade the Endura back and get almost what i paid for it, i'd be getting rid of my two least-used blades (nothing wrong with them, they just don't fit my needs)

the only problems i can see with the Harpy are;
it's serrated, and i'm not a huge fan of serrated knives
the clip is oriented for tip-down carry, and i prefer tip-up

so, the real question is this, do I;
a; return the Jester and Endura and get the Harpy
b; realize there'll *always* be a better knife than what i have out there, enjoy the Endura and Jester, as they *ARE* nice knives, and stop obsessing about that one *perfect* knife
c; keep the Endura and Jester and eventually pick up a Byrd Crossbill to satisfy my Hawkbill needs.....

options B and C seem to be the most practical, after all, you never know, i may actually *need* the Endura's blade length at some point....
however, i'd like to actually trim down my collection to actual *users*, not ones i got just to have, trading back two knives to get one better one will reduce the collection by one knife....

You can trade them in the Exchange section, or sell them if you upgrade to Gold. You can then can buy/trade for a Tasman which is tip-up.
