Since 1991 the SEBENZA has been put into production, the package has been changed at different periods. Below are boxes of my collected knives and let's see the changes.

1st Gen: In 1991, only used for some H Sebanza, no any marks, very short usage period

2nd Gen: 1991-1994, in order to address its own trademark, Reeve started to use the circular blue CR logo. Pls be noted the logo was not printed, but stamped on the boxes

3rd Gen: 1994-2001,1994 was the 10th Anniversary of CRK's establishment, from this year, Reeve made blue metal sticker specifically, numbered with different years, till 2001.
In 2000-2001, Award sticker was added to highlight "Manufacturing Quality Award" by Blade

4the Gen: from 2002 till now, rectangular Year logo has been replaced by circular CR logo, together with transparent Award sticker, one year one sticker. But with the increasing of awards, it has been changed to year range by numbers since 2004.

Special Edition: From 1991 till now, the boxes size remains unchanged except one time. In that year, Reeve made 21 pieces of zebra-stripe limited edition Sebenza, to celebrate 21 anniversary of CR's establishment. The handles of this run are inlayed with diamonds, knives are equipped with luxury woodend box, so the package is much larger than normal package. This one is exclusive.

So these are your boxes I presume? If you have a large box, do you have a photo of that 21 limited edition model with diamonds?

Very nice - impressive that you have that kind of history at your disposal.

I vote this thread become a sticky.

Great post as always, Hope.

Just last year CRK changed to a shorter, longer box for the Sebenza, and started including a microfiber cloth with the company logo embossed on it in the packaging. I'm not home for a bit, perhaps someone with a recent addition could post a picture.
