Just logged off of tonight's chat with Toooj.

It was a lot of fun, and informative, too. I'd like to thank Toooj for everything, and I'd like to thanks Mrs. Shotgunner, too for hosting it.

As I said, it was a lot of fun. Those of you who missed it, well, you missed it.:D

Do you want to talk about it...? :)

Well, to get the full effect, you had to be there.:D

It was just a good chat with Toooj, and he clarified some things that some of us had been wondering about. If he want's to check in and mention them, that would be cool.

No, I'm not being secretive, I just can't remember everything. With any luck, Mrs. Shotgunner will send Bladite (or I) a transcript (edited, so it doesn't offend the delicate sensibilities of... of... the delicate) of the session.

If that happens, I'm sure we'll post more information.

Didn't get a chance to drop in, what all was said

When we get the transcript, we'll post more info. There were a lot of people bantering back and forth, so the actual conversation with Toooj was fairly short.

On thing I can say, is we'll be waiting awhile for the Tweeners — they're still perfecting them.

I'm headed out for the weekend tomorrow. I'll do my best to edit the log and get it on here.

Thank you, Mrs.Shotgunner. I know that a lot of these guys would love to read it, and thank you for all the trouble you went through to put the chat on.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

It was a pleasure.

Darn... I am sorry to hear that! :grumpy:

Well, we were all looking forward to them, but think of how much better they'll be once KA-BAR has a chance to refine them. You know — tweak the Tweeners, as it were.

KA-BAR has a lot going on at the moment, and the Tweeners are just one of them.

Toooj did hint that there are some super things in development: I guess we'll just have to wait to see what they are.:D

i'm sure the log will merely confirms my fears :)

Bladite

Great stuff - glad we got invited to that! Toooj also answered the (first, I believe) question about resurrecting the Becker Brute - not very likely. Bummer but understandable. That was a great chat - very informative.

Bladite

Well, it will cleared a few things up, that's for sure. Toooj presented the best information that we've had for awhile.

I would have loved to have been able to ask him more questions, but an open chat might not have been the place to do that. Still, he gave some good info.

It'll happen. Heck, after the past few month you got me drooling!

Heck, we've all been drooling, and there's no reason to stop now. All that is drool worthy is still happening, just not as soon as we'd hoped.

Anticipation is a wonderful thing.:D

In all fairness, Bladite had already passed the word about the Brute: it's not going to happen. Toooj expanded on that a bit, explaining that it was decided that there were just too many choppers out there at the moment, so KA-BAR decided against it. I can see their point.

It was a great chat. Informative, and fun, too.

Step 1 - We admitted we were powerless over our addiction to sausage - that our lives had become unmanageable without sausage
Step 2 - Came to believe that the Power of sausage is greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity
Step 3 - Made a decision to turn our will to resist sausage and our lives over to the care of God as we understood God
Step 4 - Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves
Step 5 - Admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our sausage addiction
Step 6 - Were entirely ready to have God remove all the sausage addictions of our character
Step 7 - Humbly asked God to remove our sausage, painlessly if possible
Step 8 - Made a list of all persons we had harmed with our sausage, and became willing to make amends to them all
Step 9 - Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others with our sausage
Step 10 - Continued to take personal inventory of my sausage and when we were wrong promptly admitted it
Step 11 - Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood God, praying only for knowledge of God's will for us and the power to carry that out
Step 12 - Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other sausage addicts, and to practice these principles in all our affairs
