Well done! Very unique. :)

thx for reactions.
@omega it is molded into the leather, painted with bronze pigment in the golden gel i mentioned earlier.
My inspiration is that i try to be different.
Every experienced leatherworker can make a perfect webbing on a sheath and give it a nice colour, I could not do better, so if I would do the same, nobody would react.
I like to discuss with colleagues about how they make things, but here it is very difficult to get reactions, probably because there are some very experienced leatherworkers who make 100 or more sheaths a month, absolutely perfect made , but not renewing.
the things i show here are not perfect and for sale , but tryouts or prototypes on which i hope to get some reflections.(and i hereby thank you for yours)
But its not easy to get a foot on the floor in the premier league.

Well, I think I understand where you're coming from. I, too, prefer to change things up. It's why I went from making sheaths for 4" bushcraft knives to fully custom, it's a lot more work this way, but it's also more fun.

There's a part of me that feels guilty when I make something that resembles another maker. Fortunately everyone I've come across is very gracious about the matter. Designs that work very well are hard to make unique because, well, because they are tried and true, but you can always do like you have done and be creative in a different way from trying to totally overhaul an entire design.

I'm not exactly sure how you achieved your claw, but I admire it.

I cannot remember her name off the top of my head, but there's the gal that posts occasionally here that really makes some cool stuff as well. You may have seen her work, but she uses kevlar thread to braid her edges and her work is just plain bad assery.

Keep it coming, I'll look forward to seeing what you do in the future.
