Hey fellas, I try not to brag on the forum too much...but I have something special to share :cool:

I just got this in trade from a buddy here on BF: royal blue Colt Python in .357 magnum. The action is silky to say the least; a cliche but true statement nonetheless regarding the Python. I think this will be a permanent addition to my humble pistol collection. Now...where are the zombies :p

That's a beauty. My first gun was, and still is, a 6" Royal Blue Python. Pythons are the definition of functional works of art. You are sure to enjoy it.
 
Mine isn't a Python, but it's close!

My dad carried this in the 80's during his 30 year gig as a police officer. Without a doubt it is the best gift he has ever given me.
 
If I should ever live in a country where I am allowed to own a firearm this will be the one I am looking for. Such a beautiful piece. Congratulations!
 
Congrats on a great pistol. I have the brother of it. A 6 inch stainless King Cobra in 357. I have had mine since 1988.It was my second pistol purchase.Still one of my all time favorites. Always wanted a Python but having 3 kids by the time I was 25 put a lot of things on the back burner.Congrats again.

A real beauty. Don't ever let that go -- you might never get your mitts on another.

Picked mine up in 1986 from a nice older Professor of Physics in Colorado. For a miniscule sum (he liked my opening lecture on Niels Bohr's version of quantum theory of atoms).
 
Nice manly gat ya got there B. Id like to shoot that bad boy, havnt had a chance to shoot something like that before (lame I know)
 
Congrats on your score! I bought my Python new back in 1972 and STILL love it! They are great pistols!!! ;):thumbup::thumbup:
 
Pythons are a great deal like exceptionally beautiful women---they're hard on the pocketbook, don't like to get dirty, and can be tempermental and even fussy on occasion---but all your friends want to be in your shoes. Nice gun. :)
