The Columbus Greater Ohio Valley Knife Show

You know, I went..and let me tell you something...
custom knives jus dont do it for me. I appreciate them, and they look pretty, but that is about it.

I was happy to getm my hands on a sebenza, and some other nice knives, but what are you going to do with all of those pretty knives?

I like to wear at least four of them at a time in my waste band in case I'm ever attacked. Prettier knives are better for defense and hunting...everyone knows that!:D
 
Exactly right sunfishman. To each his own. I do like custom knives, and hope to own some someday, but they just aren't me. I really did like to see what people were making. It seems like and interesting hobby thant maybe I could possibly get into when I am older, have time, and money.
 
Arg! How did I forget about that? I know the Aladdin complex pretty well- Dad was there multiple times- but it just slipped my mind.

The bottom line is you collect knives. :D Some people want a one of a kind, others like to own one of many.
