The Community Center Forum Rules & Guidelines - no permission

When I click on the link to The Community Center Forum Rules & Guidelines, found at the top of the Community Center forum and in the sticky at the top of Current Events, I get an error message that I don't have permission to view the page. Anyone else experience this?
 
Yes, I get the same error.

Suicycoprowler, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Works fine for me, now. Either it's fixed or I have special permission, I guess....
 
That particular announcement expired in 2007. I just updated it to expire in 2020
