it's another one of these threads....
i experienced a bit of irony today when i used my new buck112 to open a package sent to me from buck knives.
inside was my BS882T, completely refurbed at a charge of 0.00 to me.
included was a letter from C.Buck apologizing for the wait i had to endure to get this thing fixed. Granted, it did take a little while (i'm assuming due to the backup cause from the factory move), there certainly is no justification for apology. the blade was resharpened, the liners are brand new. if a manufacturer warrants their product like this, i don't mind waiting a bit.
but enough of that. my knife is back in my hands, rock solid, smooth, sharp, and ready to go. i am very impressed.
i've dealt with the buck customer service department more than once, and every time i've experienced fair, quality, and outstanding results. this will keep me standing behind my buck products as well as a buck customer in the future.
you guys are the best.
