Dylan's first batch is done! Nice work too. The Delta Foxtrot is ground from 3/16" thick 01 steel. Convex sabergrinds. All his too. He's getting good. The OAL is 10" and the blade is 5". Nice feeling handle. Black canvas micarta.

(The one with the bottle opener is the exact same specs plus a bottle opener. He is calling that one, The Peoples Knife. That one has a full height convex grind.)

(That is not my Rat Cutlery tatoo. Dylan is the model.)

Those are all Dylan, btw. I didn't do any part of the work.

I really dig this design. Hopefully i can get one, if not then the next batch will have to do. Do they come with a sheath?

Dude, wait until you hold this thing in your hand. It is seriosuly an awesome feeling knife. I can make a sheath for an extra $25. The kydex will scratch the blade, but if you're going to use the knife, that won't matter. If you want to keep it pretty, I'd suggest leather form Talfuchre or one of the other awesome leather guys we have here.

Thanks brotha! Those handles are way too comfortable. Andy could tell I wanted to keep all of them so he gave me the "you have to sell them to keep making them" talk. lol.

man the more i see the more i want

just a quick question, would you consider ever doing these in stainless? i have a tendency to rust steels.....

even coated carbon would be nice :) just an idea :D

I've been pondering doing short runs of 440C for some of these, but nothing in the extremely near future.

cool, well it would be awhile before i would have the money, darn college :grumpy: , but i really like the design of the Delta Foxtrot. i think it would be great in 440C

I have some 440C. Its time to use it up. You can make a DF with a bit of it.
