Well, it took a while longer than the CS rep I spoke to said, but I got my Dodo back, so I'm not complaining! I was a little shocked because the knife came back in a padded mailer, no box (I sent the box in with the knife, so I figured I'd get it back) and the knife was open and unprotected! It looks like it's okay, and the envelope wasn't cut up, luckily, but it seems a little haphazard. I can't tell, either, if the knife was repaired (the lock didn't work) or replaced. The letter says it was sharpened and reconditioned, so I have no idea what was done. The lock seems to be working, so I'm happy about that.
