Hi Folks i just got these photos of the Dragon’s Offering Dagger with its new suit of Armor. I thought some of you might enjoy seeing it. I want to thank Paul Long for his Great work on this, it completes the dagger. I wrote a story to go along with this that explains why its called the Dragon’s Offering, I still need to spell check and grammar check it. Please let me know if you might like to read about how this Dagger came to be called The Dragon’s Offering. And thank you to Chuck Ward for his great work.

this is the only photo of the chalice i took it before I cleaned the gold

Superb on all accounts!

GAHHHH! WHAAAAT is THISSSS!?

Dave- way to go, man! That sheath perfectly completes this piece. Can't wait to read the story :)

Killer Dave !!

I love the "goblet of gold" on the pommel and the carved handle

thanks folks it was a very fun build I used every scrap piece of gold I had on this project and really just tried to have fun. It went to a collector that I consider a good friend and that made me very happy. it seems to me that my best work happens when i just make something to make myself happy.

Dave I think you need to make yourself happy more often :D

What's the length on that beauty?

Wow! A pocket EDC dagger if I've ever seen one! (Remind me to get some bigger pockets sewn into my pants).

Such a cool design and execution. The pants (sheath) are a great addition too!

Beautiful symetry in the damascus and grind. I love the graduated "overlapping scales" on the handle, and of course the ingenious application of melted gold on the pommel (I guess the dragon fighter got too close).
Pauls application of a dragon skin sheath is perfect.
Overall a magnificent piece Dave!

Yessir that work is off the chain! Nothing like a good dagger, and that's a great one! Very creative.
