That was a Brian Lyttle custom from Canada made just for the movie.There was a nice story on this in an issue of Blade.Can't remember what month it was though.

The knife was made by Brian Lyttle, It is 4 1/2 inches long closed with a 3 3/4 inch blade of ATS-34, inch-and-a-half bolsters and an ivory handle. The "CM" on the knife are the initials of the character played by Hopkins, Charles Morse.
The knife was featured in the Dec,97 issue of Blade magazine.
