Ever since the last DOTD we embraced the re-birth of Sgt.Khadka's Super CAK (with a refreshing villager's finish), things finally begin to make sense.

Weeks ago, Cotherion kept asking if i'm interested with a Super CAK and my thought was- It's just another oversize khuk.

Little that i knew about the hybrid Sgt. infused into; a dollop of Bone Cutter together with a copious amount of Dui Chirra and stir in a heavy shot of full tang construction and Mr. Ganga Ram joined in the party as well, Voila:

These pics are from Wolf_1989 and i'm expecting him to revisit his CHOICE for ZOMBIE KILLER in this thread.

CAKZILLA.....CAKZILLA....I've been reading about you, now may we dance? :)

It also has a small amount of M43 (equally tool & weapon) and Chitlangi (bell-shaped pommel) in its heritage :)

It's not necessarily about size. Some one else has one similar to it in a 18" length.

Thanks for the photo, Cpl. Its good to see a picture of Dave (Thanks for the Pen Knife, Dave). That GRS looks big enough to be a Janawar Katne. Do you know the length of that GRS?

The Dave Rishar's GRS & Steel Giant Bolo together with The Super Salyan were once the Dinosaurs of khukuris.
They roamed the land and happily whacked everything on their way.

Sadly enough, we can only enjoy them in pictures (for those who don't have them, of course).

Seriously, at an inch thick, i won't know what to cut. Cars?

Wolf,

Do you happen to have any additional pics with the Super CAK?

So it feels lighter with the normal CAK.

With the larger pommel, it does feel like a Chitlangi with a bigger blade?

The closest khukri it feels like would be an M43. It doesn't have the weight and balance projected out quite as far but it has the same agile and swift 'flowing' movement in the hand.

Here it is with a standard 20" AK made by Kumar:

...and with a couple of M43's:

Wolf,

In the pic with the three M43's, Who made the smaller one on the bottom with the lighter colored wood?

Thanks,
Bill

That's my brother's M43. It's the only khukuri he has (so far) and he practically worships it. It was made by Sher The Tiger.
