Hey guys.

I'm wondering about the F2. What are the primary uses for this pattern?

I really like the look of them with their thin pointed blade. Almost looks out of place in the Fiddleback line-up as it doesn't look like a bushcrafting knife to me. Maybe some b&t flavor, but a much different look than the knives I've had. Almost has a tactical look.

What do you use it for, and what do you like about it/dislike about it? They don't seem very popular, but I haven't been around this board that long. I don't see them much on Fridays.

One things for certain they definitely have the FF sexyness locked down.

Pics would be great!

I haven't played with one yet, but that up swept blade makes it look like a good boning knife. If I ever pick one up, I'd try to get it in 3/32" CPM-154, that thing would rock as a bird and trout blade.

Ah that last pic from Icy was exactly what I wanted to see. The knife with synthetic scales, and that ones a doozie! Love the blue/pins/bullseye. Love the patina too.

After looking at the few (relatively) photos out there I'm starting to see b&t more. Looks like an absolutely wicked cutter.

I can't remember if his is 1/8 or 5/32, but either way his photos make me want one in 5/32 with a fill height grind :)

Ah ha! So it is indeed a b&t. And Schrade Sharpfinger, yup, I knew it reminded me of another blade, but could place it. :) I really like some of the suggestions for names in that thread. The original meaning is good too though.

It's definitely a different take on the bird & trout, at least in my experience, but damn, it's just a FINE looking knife. Kinda delicate, but sometimes that equates to unnatural slicing ability.

Mist, I'd take it in any config, but I'll take mine in 1/8" with full height grind and crazy g10 to match some of my Pumas. Okay, not to match the shoes, but crazy for sure. You know, so you can find it should you drop it in a stream. ;)

Been on my FB shortlist, just haven't found a color combo that strikes the fancy yet. Figured it would make a great fillet knife.

I want one in cpm154, Elmax or m390. That would make a great deer cleaning blade. I never see them I'm Fridays.
