A long, long time ago, I read a couple of articles in American Survival Guide about Busse knives, and how gosh darned awesome they are. Although I doubt I'd ever spent more than $50 on a knife before that, I splurged and ordered three. And "two weeks" later, there was a package at my door. (Note that a Week is as a Year to the Bossman, or so it was back in the Day.)

Y2K came and went without incident, but a few years later, the SHBM ran off with my soon-to-be ex-wife.

Not too long after, the SHSH disappeared, along with the SHBA. She said she had no idea where they went, but I couldn't help but suspect....

Fast forward a few years, and she's remarried and moved to England, and the faithless SHBM slunk back home, but still no word from the the Steel Heart or the Badger.

A couple more years pass, and then today my son said he had a couple things in the trunk of his car that he'd found while cleaning out the house that he thought were mine.

And darned if he wasn't right.

I guess they must have gotten packed up by mistake all those years ago.

Anyway, now the family's all back together again.

Congrats glad to see you got those awesome Busse's back together. Thats one cool story.

So sweet!!!!!!!

If I had an ex, and I though she took those with her, I would be so So So pissed! I would either hire a PI to track them down, or a super secret ninja agent to get them back!

Thats one of the better "I got this from the ex" stories I have ever heard. Congrats.........those are sweet
