We had a fantastic grand opening yesterday of our new store (Different post to come about that later). We also got a nice surprise from the folks at Fiddleback Forge. We got our first delivery of the production Dukes. These knives are stunning! They are now on the site and ready to be packaged up and shipped out to their new homes immediately! I hope you guys will check them out at:

Congrats and those look great! and I like the addition of that opening to allow for a lanyard if you want to, without interrupting the flow of the handle, nice ;)

A shot of the Hiking Buddy and Runt that I modded this year, having that cord out the end worked quite well !

Those look amazing! Even the guard is shaped like the customs! The Fiddleback Crew makes an amazing production knife!

willic on these production models they have excellent ergo's as far as their handles go, great fit and finish, just melts into your hand.

I've not tried the larger Camp knife yet, as I prefer a lower point, but the Duke looks interesting!

On the knives we send out for the handle scanning, Andy shapes them as he has determined to be the ideal shape for the particular model

Right, I was answering willic...hehe not meant as will ? question mark, I've had a lot of knives pass through my doors and Andy's rendition is the most comfortable ones I've ever handled, bar none!

Hi Gary. You see we took your suggestion on the lanyard area there. Thanks for that. The Duke does have an ergonomically fit handle. Of course. LOL.

In any case, it looks like a great addition to the knife :)

It was back in July, also came up with a nice way to belt carry the Runt seen here in this thread

I was totally joking! The day Fiddleback or any maker listens to me for design advice is the day they go under! I love knives! I sell them because I have no design or artistic ability at all! I can only say weather it feels good in my hand and how it handles! Keep up the design suggestions! The suggestion on the Duke is awesome and it looks damn good with the Lanyard sticking out the back!

Ah, comedy, I should have guessed;)

I suck at comedy too apparently! Volunteered to do a stand up bit for a local charity event and the entire audience was armed with rotten fruit to throw at the bad comedians. I got on stage and was pelted so quickly never got the chance to speak! (True Story)

Wow, that was very rude of them to actually throw stuff at you!!! I can not imagine! must be terrible jokes for them to do so.

Check this thread here for some new material some groaners but, you'll have those in the best of families...
