Well, I have to say that Robert Couture is one talented man. I got a box today filled with the first six WWIIIs, and folks, these things are even MORE than Id hoped theyd be. Not only are the handles finished with obvious care and attention to detail, but Robert has mastered the art of the ergodynamic handle they are truly a pleasure to hold. My hat is off to you, Robert.
Im sure youre all wondering who the lucky six people are. So, without further ado (no, Im not one of them) . . .
Number 5: M. Travis
Number 16: Tad Stratton
Number 10: Bern Milligan
Number 6: Marcus
Number 11: B Boyd
Number 13: Joseph Mead
You lucky six wont be getting your knives just yet . . . tomorrow they are off to Edgeworks for sheathing, so Id put the delivery date at about two weeks away.
A few details: The swell in the center portion of the handle is so comfortable to hold - and even the lanyard hole made it through and is perfectly located. I'll try to get some close-up pics taken to tantalize you all!
I know I'm going to have trouble mailing all of these things out!
