Looks like a XM Ti liner but with holes tapped to screw on the Ti bolsters & I'm guessing to also screw on lightning strike carbon fiber scales. We should have a bolstered XM-18 if I'm guessing right. Looks like if you need access to the pivot all you need to do is take off the bolsters. That anodizing sure looks nice.

That is exactly what I thought......What? All I do know is it is going to look beautiful!!
