did you agonize over the decision? I just haven't been able to bring myself to post 'em for trade, even though they take a back seat to the big WWII. Help.

I'm incapable of letting them go. Mine are all with me for the duration, they're my babies. I don't think I'll stop until HI goes out of business, by which I mean I hope I never stop!

hmm...I'm gonna postulate that "V" stands for "virus". I ain't no Charlie, but I can break a code when I have to ;)

(and you're probably right. woe unto my bank account!)

Yup, I've found the only defense is an empty one. Fortunately so far that's only been a temporary fix, but then again I don't suffer from my madness, I enjoy every minute of it. :D

I had this WW2 with a tiger stripe handle unlike I've ever seen since - I chipped the handle and Tom Holt siad he would make me a new one - lignum vitae, beautiful work and it made the balance of the khuk almost ghopte like. Since the day I got the blade it never spoke to me.. I sent it to Mr Patton in trade for a Tarwar !!

I miss it an it was hard to let it go - that was a Khuk I like but not loved. My chiruwa I gave away was a moment of pure insanity - I traded it for a carving of a lion.. my mates dad is great guy - has emphisima and has always wanted a proper khuk - he got one !!

Yup - it's always hard

;)

Bob Hope used to define 'mixed emotions' as;
"...seeing your mother-in-law go over a cliff in your brand new Cadillac" :D
