Thanks, I'm planning on seeing it next week . But right now I'm watching the John Lennon's 75th birthday special. Please no spoilers..

TOTALLY funny. Not that he got shot, but that you didn't know.

John Lennon was a great person. He knew what was happening in the world, thought it was messed up, and thought people should know.

"They" certified him insane, and when that didn't work, shot him.

How's THAT for a spoiler?!
 
Went to see Star Wars last night, I thought it was really good !!! Well worth going to see :-)

18 months to go to VIII May 26 2017 !!!!!!!!

From what I saw when I searched it, they are shooting for that release date. It would be the 40th anniversary of the original film. They also stated that production had already begun and cast was selected.
 
I saw it today, I think it's very good.
The effects were stunning, cast could act WAY BETTER than the people chosen for the last 3, battle scenes were large and fun to watch, a couple light saber battles, some fun and decent ( though a bit predictable) twists. It was all I dared to hope for and so much more, especially after the let down of such horrible characters as the entire Gungan race-most heinously that wretched Rastafarian Jar Jar Binks.
I'm so happy that Disney didn't soften or dumb down the franchise even further and give them loads of credit for making it appeal to the 8 and up crowd rather than the 2-6 year olds.

I'm happily awaiting the next two movies.
 
Yup, great movie,, much more in the style and spirit of the originals,,,
Now I can't wait to see the Hateful 8 :thumbup:
 
My wife and my son went today and came home extremely disappointed. Lacked action is what they said. Both are big fans especially my wife. Feel bad for them.
 
Oh man it's good to hear you guys enjoyed it, I wasn't a fan at all. It felt like a cash grab with the whole movie revolving around "hey do you remember this from the original?" Heck, the storyline didn't make too much sense to me, and the villain looked like McLovin. Hoping the next ones are gonna knock it out of the park though.
 
Nice... another $30 movie night into the knife fund while I wait for redbox. :)
