As a spin off from the other thread on innovation in the forged blade I think it would be great for people to post pictures of knives they consider to offer something different, it can be a design, a new idea, a new take on an old theme. I don't want to get hung up on the semantics of the word 'innovation'. It has to be a forged knife that made you stop and say "wow, thats different, I like it".
I'll start with a knife from one of the top bladesmiths that made me realise that old wine can taste nice from a nice new designer decanter.
Many will rightly say theres nothing new in the shapes or materials ...... but how ofter do you see a forged damascus tactical with graphic damascus bolsters
Don and Coop .... hope you don't mind:
Cheers,
Stephen
