I saw the G.R.A.D. in a magazine it's a knife with a gun in the handle. I think it's kinda of redundant and a little silly, but are there any better renditions of this idea? This thing would work as a knife but looks hard to aim as a gun. I'm interested to see if any has prefected the handgun knife. Check this thing out at:

Many years ago, when guns were unreliable & slow-to-load flintlocks, some had knives built in as a natural backup system. Today, it's silly.
 
..........I believe it is more gimmicky than anything, although it does look nice, and well made.
 
Gadget Factor is up there.

Its concidered an A.O.W. (Any Other Weapon) You'll need to file proper papers & tax with BATF.

For an artgun combination of knife and gun(though still completley functional), you need go no farther than Bruce BUmp, a member here on BF. He has an absolutely stunning one he just posted pictures of in the shop talk forum. Here's a link to it on his page.
