Extra-large Vaquero folder. It's large, it's powerful, and it's exotic-looking.

The greatest or greasiest? I'm a little confused by the title.

I got an original 6" Vaquero Grande years ago, when they came with a sheath instead of a clip. I found it so useful, I picked up a later model with a clip but haven't had to use it. The first one just keeps on going strong.

I use mine in the woods, cutting back branches and thorn bushes growing out over the trail. It works like a pocket machete.

Stays sharp and never chipped or rolled. I sharpen the serrations by "steeling" the back of the edge with a ceramic rod.

I think this is the same guy that posted the Napoleon / Ka-Bar pictures, and said he liked to buy knife art. That mexican picture looks extremely familiar.

I made a typo in the title, sorry. In any case, I'm just a middle-west farmboy, so what do I know?

Well, not this time, hon. I don't think you ever had the chance to see it before, 'cause this is a definite original artwork I found in a dealer's.

I've had the chance to see it, on Google after about 10 seconds of searching. They have art prints of it in varying prices. Anyway, cool knife, but I like the old school Voyagers better.

Edit: Dang, singularity35, beat me to it!

Hehehe...

Congratulations on a knife you enjoy and a great original painting! Heck of a score.

I hope you weren't hoodwinked though. The painting is listed as being 28" x 18", and the knife has an overall length of 12.25". The proportions in the picture don't seem to match up... You may want to put a work of art like that in a frame as well.
