Well, maybe its not so great LOL,
I really like the following that RAT cutlery has...people who own RAT knives love them to DEATH and they stand behind RATs products...My problem is that i would love to try a RAT knife, but i would like to see a test done between RAT and another great knife company, Fallkniven.
From and honest unbiased source, i want to see the RC5 and RC6 VS the A1 and the RC4 VS the S1 and the RC3 VS the F1.
It would be an all out slug fest. I think that in these forums, the majority likes, loves and is obsessed with RAT knives. I cant blame them either, they are a wicked product and look very apealing.
But if you were to test these knives against eachother, i think the outcome would be suprising. The Fallkniven knives look very basic, but are extremely strong and made with excellent steel.
Fallknivens to me look like a tough bushcraft/survival knife.
RAT knives to me look like a tactical/survival knife.
Both knives would apeal to different people.
But i would really like to either debate over this topic, or if somone out there can legitimately test some of these knives back to back and report thier findings..
I have the A1, but dont own a RAT cutlery knife, only an Ontario Rat5. Otherwise i would host the test(s)
Any takers? To me this is like two of the biggest kids on the block about to fight LOL
Anyway, thanks for any information and or replies to my thread.
