The Great New York State Fair

Well today is the day!
This afternoon I'm going to the New York state fair and my first stop will be the Camillus Cutlery booth.I will report back tomorrow if there is anything really special for sale.I know I have a small list of items I want to add to my collection and the prices are usally really good at the fair.
 
Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day for the fair!
The Camillus booth was a slight dissapointment. The boys from the custom shop did not supply any eye candy either to drool over or to buy. Sales were brisk during the time I spent at the booth.I really enjoyed being able to handle the complete Becker line. Well there is always next year.

Are you going back? You might see something new there.;) Rumor has it something from the custom shop is there now. And, boy, does it look nice!
 
Ssshhh. Don't tell anyone, but rumor has it I left my network of tunnels long enough to travel to Syracuse and buy an Arclite from the Camillus booth.

One day at the fair is enough for me! I did hear about the talonite
ironwood that showed up later in the week. It's the story of my life not being at the right place at the right time. There is always next year.
