Here's the dealio! We're having a "Who can post the most interesting thread Contest"

Here's how it works. . . . All you have to do is start an interesting thread on either of the Busse Combat Forums. The thread that gets the most forum members to respond. . . WINS! We will be counting the number of total individuals who respond and NOT the total number of responses. . . so that means that we only count the number of different forum members who respond.

There are to be NO political, religious, off color, or contentious attacks on anyone. If so, you will be disqualified! (Sorry Skunker and Cobalt, but I don't think Mike's mouse is up to the task!)

The contest runs from now until Monday at approx. 4:00pm. . . .

The winner receives a non-transferable Busse Combat Shop Credit of $100.00 that is good towards the purchase of any Busse Combat blade. . . . .

I think we should all respond to this thread.

If Jerry wins his own contest he will have another $100 for beer.

With the long hours the shop is putting in this would be enough for everyone there to chill out for a while with a couple of beers.

Ok, no off color stuff from me, but others have already started with the off color stuff. I am not even going to respond to the off color thread already initiated. ..:jerkit:

Pretty much. . . No off-color or political stuff either. . . . Nothing that embarasses anyone. . . . etc. . ..

Personally, I think paying people to post in your thread (giving away something for responses) should be against the rules as well. I believe that the general idea of the contest was to spark interesting and thought provoking discussions. Am I off base?
