Mailman brought me another triangle yesterday. Wanted atleast one of the AK models, so I jumped on this one when it was posted. I tend to like wood handles, but you have to love the horn on this one. It's kind of a two in one. The right side being almost all grey while the left has a grain to it. The handle, metal fittings, and polished blade all work together giving it a light overall look.

Thought the top left is pretty neat.

The chakmak even has a neat cross section.

WOW,,, that's a breath taker man,,, what a gorgeous blade and such fine detailed horn-age... you scored on top levels with this one. stunning.

Wow gorgeous, what a snag! Enjoy it. Love that cross section on the chakmak.

Dayum, that's really something. I really love the colors and contrast in that horn. Your right top left totally rocks. Beautiful.

Very very nice, I love the handle, it truly is one of a kind, as Dirtbiker said use some mineral oil on it, if you can soak it a day or so even better, when you wipe it off you might see even more detail or colors in the horn.

Dude! That almost looks translucent! Thats a very special knife there. Loss for words on that one:thumbup:

I've been meaning to pick up some mineral oil or hoof flex, but have forgotten about them until I'm back home.

That is truly a spectacular set there. beautiful horn offset by a beautiful sheath.
Not often I am envious. I am with this one.... :D ;)

Best looking blade I have ever seen! I just ordered my first and haven't received confirmation email or reply from Auntie since she told me the day before she had some in stock. Just wondering what the usual shipping time is, I am too excited to get it.

As soon as Auntie sends it, it usually takes 2 full business days. Auntie is a whiz with the USPS, and shipments get to their destinations wickedly fast.

I'm with Mr. Karda in the envy dept on this one. If it should ever go on the block I'd like to be first in line to make an attempt to let it live with me.
I just read the good book last night and ain't nothing in there about coveting thy neighbors kukri. That's a beauty.

Im with you both... I keep coming back to look at the pictures of this blade and the horn quality... uh! what a beauty
