The grip on Boa

How would you rate the grip of the material on the Kershaw Boa? Relatively speaking of course, compared to G-10 material?

Personally I find the coating on the handle grippy and has a soft touch to it. Question is, will that feeling last or will it fade as the coating gets worn & polished by repeated use?
 
mine is exactly the same as it was when i bought it 3 years ago. the scales are aluminum i think, seem to be very durable as i've dropped mine several times with no ill effects.
 
I've had mine for over 3 yrs. No noticeable wear and the grip still feels good as new to me. One of my favorite knives.
