and with highest edge retention is mine knife :) After two years scratching dishes it still cut paper , more data about knife here........... https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/san-mai-with-tungsten-carbide.1746640/
Now seriously, for easy use it would pass. Why don't they make them? We have ceramic knives, they are more brittle /I think that at least / so they produce them? Tungsten carbide is probably more durable and would last longer ?

See Sandrin Knives. This is a tungsten carbide blade. Guess what, it gets dull.

I know about them ,but they are only 70 HRC .This one is 84 HRC .Everything will dull , even diamonds ,but question is when compared to any steel ?

This question cannot be answered - too many variables.

- What knife are you trying to compare it to?
- What are you cutting?
- What force are you cutting with?
- What is the edge geometry/angle?

The profile and tempering of the knife just as important as the type of steel you are trying to compare it to.
