So we got three of these in from Dylan last week! We had a guy coming by to purchase an ESEE 5 from us, he saw the Hatchula II and jumped all over it. He has called twice to thank us for having these available when he stopped in!

This is my favorite big knife right now but unfortunately I have to think about the businesses bottom line and can't keep and use every knife I like/want. This one though is seriously getting ready to disappear from inventory:D. Those that have them, share your thoughts and pics! Would love to see this beast at work!

I'm like a kid in a candy store here. Every time I click on something, I want it.

Operator 575, Delta 4, Hatchula ll, 425, i want 'em all.

Do you see the Hatchula ll more as a camp knife than an evade and escape knife?? I don't really matching up against the ESEE 5.

I see it as a great potential camp knife capable of building lean-tos and processing firewood and game. With the potential to swing the other way if necessary.

I will be able to tell you more in September. The guy who bought the Hatchulla II from me is going camping with me in September. He said I can use it as much as I want. I promise it will get a good bit of use for all purposes!

I received my Hatchula II today from usamadeblade.com. WOW, it is one impressive knife! Not as huge as expected... very manageable size and weight, very balanced. I had it next to me in the restaurant today when I jumped in to help prep some chicken breasts... for a thick hunk-o-steel, it delicately and easily cut thick chicken, I am rather fast in the kitchen and this large knife was nimble enough to keep up! Pretty impressive! I am planning on taking it into the woods next weekend...

I WANT ONE OF THESE WITH A SLIGHTLY THINNER BLADE JUST FOR KITCHEN DUTY!

The Hatchula II is one heck of a knife...

Oh, I forgot about the fit and finish... VERY NICE! The grind is very impressive and the handle work is perfect!

Hatchula II in the kitchen... This is a really fun knife in the kitchen... It is wonderful for cleaning and splitting chicken breasts, cleaning and slicing beef loins, cutting cooked meats... what a rib chopper! what a chicken butcher! I love the Hatchula II, I'm not sure I have a more fun knife to use!
