The gold and silver HI ring -- seeing is believing! Another winner from HI.

This is Jim Clifton's ring. He gets this one because he is the only person on the wait list who had the faith to prepay and it looks like his faith was not misplaced.

The top is a pix of the ring on my hand -- a perfect fit for me (again 5'11", 190 + or - a couple, and average to large hands) but maybe a little small for Jim. The good news is this ring is very masculine and beefy -- sort of a Sher type ring -- and the silver should stretch easily so any jeweler ought to be able to size the ring for Jim or anybody for that matter.

Bottom pix is the ring on the scanner.

Those who are on the wait list it's a go and more are coming. Anybody else who wants one now's the time to get signed up.

Uhhhh..... How much Bro.?
That is a nice lookig ring!!!
I may have to have one later on down the line if they will still be available?

The Khukuri Konvention has pretty much strapped me for any extra cash, although I still have a bit for a special khukuri.

Khukuri FAQ

Hi Uncle,
I haven't posted lately and have missed reading the forum. I know that is just unbelievable but true. I was wondering how these rings are made. Are they cast? I love them and Terry is drooling on the keyboard. Do they have a lady's version? It always amazes me what the people in Nepal can do. The work is exceptional especially when you consider the tools they work with, the talent and time they put into their work.
Take care Uncle and tell Yangdu hi. All is well in Claremore. Tell her the Yangdu doll is fine and riding in style. It is Sarah's birthday Mon. For her B-day she got a new mustang and a explorer for her Yangdu doll. Chrissy's B-day was last Tues. Busy! busy! busy!!!!

Hi, Uncle! Been a little busy lately and had some unforseen "expenses" so I haven't been checking in as much. IIRC, I sent $50 deposit (?) What is the final cost of the ring going to be? Or does it vary some with the weight of the silver?

Thanks!

Tom

Uncle, it's beautiful! I'd like to send you money with the last 20" AK, how much will it be?

Did you enjoy today?

The ring is real gold (my guess is 22K) and real silver (probably something less that .999 so it will have some strength) and the ring is handmade by a Sunar.

Cost is $75 delivered to your door but Satoshi better add $20 for shipping express to Japan.

No ladies sizes as yet.
