Well folks that's how the Logo on the Spine Reads.

Once Upon a time, as many good stories(and often FaiyTales) Start out.

There was a Collaboration between a Great Knife maker and a great Outdoor Primitive Skills Teacher.

A knife was Designed, a few were made and a Falling out happened.

Leaving a very few of these knives out in the world.

My understanding is either 5 or 6 and there seems to be a question about this.

I have been Chasing this Busse knife Model for about 7 years after having one(This one) Shown to me at one of the first few Shows(Del Mar Ca,) I ever set up at as a Busse Knife Dealer.

Every few Years I would see a picture, or hear of one, but not ever actually see a knife.

It was about 7 years between Seeing this knife for the first and second time, I was able to buy it the second time.

Well enough for now here are a few pictures, maybe more later, the whole blade pic is kind of dark.

Thank you, Andre! That is one beautiful and unusual knife.

Congrats on an excellent, even historic, score. :)

Very interesting. Like a cross between a Satin Jack and a SHBM....what is that thing on the butt used for?

That is very cool. It can certainly pay to be longsuffering.
I would love to hear more about the history of The Hood.
I would also love to see this knife make it's way into Ken Lunde's hands for some photographs.
I don't mean to induce thoughts of separation anxiety, but maybe someday.
Thanks for sharing!

Yes there is a Scraper Designed into the pommel, also handy for tearing up the seat in the Car while driving if you happen to have it in original Sheath.

While it would Benefit from a trip to Buy Brown, it would be tough for me to make a user out of this knife.

I called this back up so that some one who knows how to can maybe add the Hood pictures to the "What do you this is thread."
